A very interesting article about Bankruptcy Courts imposing rent moratoria on commercial landlords due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
I believe that commercial landlords will be one of the long-term losers as a result of the pandemic, due to businesses discovering that the majority of their workforce can work from home without having to pay for office space.
